Initially we were doing hot dogs for kids/minis after their Friday night training, we also experimented with flavours and cooking techniques to compliment the parents patio pints. From there, we've done all the main events at the Wanderers, private parties and more.But who is Easy E?...There are two sides to Easy E’s - the E, and the Easy. <h4>The&nbsp;E…</h4>That’s me, Emerey 😎.Born into an Indian family from Mumbai with Goan and Keralan roots, food was always more than just fuel, it was a way of life. My parents ran restaurants around the world, and I grew up surrounded by the smell of spice jars, the clatter of kitchens, and the magic of watching simple ingredients become something unforgettable - something that brought people together.For over 20 years, I worked in the tech world, leading teams, building systems, and chasing deadlines. It paid the bills, but it never lit me up. Over time, the stress piled on, and the spark faded. So in March ’25, I walked away and lit up a different kind of fire. BBQ’ing became my creative outlet, a way to reconnect with what makes me happy: fire, working with my hands, feeding people, and crafting something real.Easy E’s BBQ is my way of honouring my heritage and healing, mixing the smoky tradition of Texas BBQ with the bold, regional Indian flavours I know by heart. Every dish is rooted in that blend: Panjim Pork with vinegar and chilli, Keralan brisket with curry leaves and coconut oil, Konkan chicken kissed by fire and fresh coriander. This isn’t fusion for fusion’s sake, it’s food and flavour I’ve lived and loved.<h4>The&nbsp;Easy…</h4>Also me, Emerey.A laid-back Indian boy who grew up in New Zealand, where BBQs were a way of bringing people together. I’ve always loved the buzz of a good gathering: a cold drink in hand, music in the background, and something sizzling on the grill. That easygoing spirit runs through everything I do.Since 2006 i've been living in London where I’ve been fortunate to travel the world with a curious belly, from Goan beach shacks to Berlin beer halls, and every stop along the way has shaped my flavour journey.Easy E’s is my way of sharing that joy, smoky, spicy, deeply satisfying food that brings people together with zero fuss and lots of flavour... and with no stress!

Easy E’s is the best barbecue I’ve ever had! There are all sorts of original relishes, sauces and toppings that lift it above the ordinary; and main dishes like pulled pork marinated in tequila and Goan coconut vinegar before being slow-cooked for hours and served with zingy pineapple salsa!

Friendly, attentive and adaptive. Everything you’d want from a caterer. Class.

Emerey brings an elevated and refined selection of BBQ treats to the world, with some perfectly spiced options with added crunch to add interest and some plain but well procured and cooked for the kids. All are delicious! Thanks you!

Fantastic BBQ that is smoked over real charcoal and wood. The Indian flavours add a real twist to classics. Highly recommend the Slumdog and chicken burgers.

<h3>From the smoker...</h3><h4>Pulled Panjim Pork</h4>Inspired by traditional Goa sausage, Pork shoulder marinated overnight in tequila, coconut vinegar, &amp; secret family spices.&nbsp;🤫&nbsp;Smoked low ‘n slow over apple/oak wood &amp; charcoal till it falls-apart.Usually served in bap/roll (goes great with Pilau rice too) with a homemade Pineapple Salsa.<h4>Konkan Smoked Chicken (KSC)</h4>Chicken thighs marinated overnight in a vibrant Goan Cafreal marinade of coriander, green chillies, and aromatic spices. Smoked low ‘n slow over apple wood &amp; charcoal.We do this as a Veg option with grilled Paneer.<h4>Keralan Pepper Beef Brisket</h4>Pull apart Beef Brisket with a peppery South Indian spice rub. We smoke this low n slow, but then wrap it on a bed curry leaves &amp; coconut oi.
